As soon as payment for your order has been received, your ordered products will be shipped within 2 working days. Shipping is handled by DHL and delivered to your home. Is your order more than 75 euros? Then we will deliver your package completely free of charge! Delivery to your front door!
Our standard parcel service is carried out for normal orders with a maximum size of 70x58x100cm. We ship to the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and France. Shipments to the United Kingdom are possible on request. We charge shipping costs for shipments outside the Netherlands. All prices of the products in the online store include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
Orders are delivered within 48 hours. You will receive a message from us as soon as the order has been shipped. You will usually receive the Sand in my shoes package within 2 working days.
After receiving your order, you can view it for 14 days. If the item is too large, too small or not to your liking, you have 14 days to return it. Before submitting an item for return, you must register it using this form. Returns that have not been registered will take a long time to process.
