Shipping within the Netherlands above 75 euros is free.
Shipping abroad is always at your own expense.

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, England, France, Spain and Portugal. If your country is not listed here, please contact us. Send us an email with what you would like to order and what size and color. Our team is ready to arrange this for you.

If you order before 2:30 PM, your package will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:30 PM or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday. For more information about the delivery date and time, follow the track & trace code of your order.
Shipments abroad will take longer depending on the carrier and which country.

Orders

No, you can place an order without registering yourself as a customer. It is useful, because with an account you can always find your order history. This is very easy. You also save points. You can register here.

Clearly state your name and order number

Orders placed before 2:30 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. When your order has been processed by us, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Here you will also find a link to the order page with Track & Trace code from DHL and any parcel service abroad to track your package.

We have a fast processing procedure and strive to ship all packages as quickly as possible. This means that it is not possible for us to adjust an order afterwards.

We strive to process your order as carefully as possible, but it can of course happen that a mistake has been made. Have you received a different item than you ordered? Then email to info@sandinmyshoes.nl

Clearly state your name and order number.

In some cases it happens that an ordered item turns out to be out of stock. You will receive an email about this almost immediately and we will then immediately refund this item to you. So before you email us with questions about a missing item, check whether you have received an email about this from us and whether this amount has already been refunded. Have you not received an email and is your order incomplete? Mail to info@sandinmyshoes.nl

You can add an address in your account. When completing your order, select the desired shipping address. After you have completed the order and paid, it is no longer possible to change your address.

Returns

After receiving your order, you can view it for 14 days. If the item is too large, too small or not to your liking, you have 14 days to return it. Before submitting an item for return, you must register it online via this link.

Bring your package within 3 working days after registering with a parcel service provider and send us the track and trace code so that we can keep an eye on your package.

Returns that have not been registered will take a long time to process.

After we have received your return shipment, we will check it for the following points:
– The item is undamaged.
– Price tags and other hang tags must be present on the item.
– The item is in the original packaging (plastic bag and cardboard packaging if present).
– The packaging is complete and undamaged.
– The item has not been worn or used.

Damaged, incomplete or used items will not be credited. If your order has been received by us in good order, the relevant return amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days and you will receive an email from us about this. Return costs will not be reimbursed.

If depreciation occurs because the items have been used in violation of the above provisions, we reserve the right to demand reasonable compensation from you.

Please note: Returns are the responsibility of the customer, unfortunately according to postal law we are not liable for lost shipments. Fortunately, it does not happen often that shipments are lost, but it may be wise to send insured returns for expensive items.

As soon as we receive your package (please note! The packaging must be complete with original packaging, wrapping cardboard and label), we will assess it and, if necessary, process it as a return. We aim to refund your purchase amount to your bank account as soon as possible. This will be within 14 days at the latest.

Savings system

At Sand in my shoes we are happy if you place an order in our webshop. We would like to thank you for this. With every order in the webshop we thank you via the points savings system. With these savings points (toe slippers) you can get a discount on your next order. Now that's fun shopping!

You can already benefit from a discount with 100 saved points. From 100 points saved, you will receive a credit of € 10 from Sand in my shoes on your next purchase. When placing an order (when you are logged in) you can indicate in the shopping cart how many points you want to exchange for a discount.

Example: You have selected a few nice things in the webshop and the total amount is € 75. You choose to redeem 100 savings points. This gives you a discount of €10. The products now only cost €65.
With the remaining points you can continue to save for a new credit and the remaining amount still earns you points.

Earned points are not transferable because they are linked to your personal account. You can redeem them by placing an order at Sand in my shoes. The loyalty points have no cash value. This also applies to items that are returned where points have been surrendered for a discount.

The points saved are valid for one year after receipt. So make sure you hand them in on time. It would be a shame if they were to expire. About a month before your points expire, you will receive an email from us with a reminder.

If you return the item without exchanging it for another item, the points you have saved will be deducted from the total. In the event of an exchange, the points already saved remain valid, even if the exchanged item is worth more or fewer points. If you surrender points for a discount and return the item without an exchange, you will unfortunately lose the points.

  • In your shopping cart, there is only one option to apply a discount for most Sand in my shoes discount promotions. If you have collected a discount code and a nice amount of savings points, you can only use one discount on your order. 
  • Items that are returned will be deducted from your points account.
  • You cannot redeem points during the sale
  • You may store up to 500 points. 
  • The points can be redeemed from an order of 50 euros.

Other

A discount voucher cannot be used in combination with other promotional codes for the same order. One discount voucher may only be used for a single order, taking into account the validity period. If the amount of the order is less than the discount voucher, the remaining balance will be forfeited. Sand in my shoes reserves the right to refuse discount vouchers and promotional codes if Sand in my shoes suspects that they have been provided fraudulently or due to an error. In that case you will be informed as soon as possible.

The data required to process the order is stored and, in the context of order processing, may be passed on to companies affiliated with us or companies that provide part of our services. Sand in my shoes reserves the right to analyze the data you provide and to offer an alternative payment method based on the information obtained. No correspondence can be entered into about any decisions and conclusions. Naturally, all your personal data will be treated strictly confidential and we will strictly observe the legal rules regarding the protection of personal data and privacy. Sand in my shoes will not sell your personal information to third parties. If you have registered for our newsletter, Sand in my shoes will use your personal data for its own advertising purposes in addition to the cases described above. If you do not wish to receive unsolicited advertising from Sand in my shoes (e-mail), you can unsubscribe at any time and object to the continued use of your personal data for commercial communications by informing our service center by telephone. The option to unsubscribe is also offered in every relevant email from Sand in my shoes.

Our standard size charts help you choose your clothing size. Because every body is unique, here are a few tips to determine your size:

  • If your measurement results in different clothing sizes, use your hip measurement to choose your clothing size
  • Do you have an intermediate size? Then choose the smallest size for a tighter fit and the larger size for an oversized fit
